Ralf Winterling

Ralf Winterling currently serves as Deputy CEO and Director of Product Management at Hexatronic since October 2021. Prior to this role, Ralf held various positions at REHAU from January 2001 to September 2021, including Director and Head of Product Management for Telecommunication, where responsibilities encompassed product management, business development, internationalisation, and improvements in production efficiency. Ralf also directed projects in civil engineering and infrastructure, led customer service for windows and curtain walling in the UK, and contributed to the establishment of the REHAU civil engineering department in the UK. Early career experiences involved cross-departmental project management and support for international subsidiaries.
