Mahesh Mesta

Mahesh Mesta is a seasoned General Manager with extensive experience in operations management at Hexaware Technologies since September 2013. In this role, Mahesh oversees a diverse workforce of over 400 individuals, including three Process Managers and 18 Team Leads, focusing on process management for a prominent U.S. insurance company and various other sectors including prescription management for pharmacies and life settlement organizations. Prior to this, Mahesh held multiple positions in operations and administration at Caliber Point Business Solutions Ltd. and ICAN BPO Pvt. Ltd., showcasing a robust career in team leadership and operational oversight. Mahesh holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Indira Gandhi National Open University and completed secondary education at St. Anthony's High School.
