Bryan Parobek, CPA, currently serves as the Manager of External Reporting at Hexion Inc. since June 2023, where responsibilities include leading compliance with US GAAP for financial reporting, preparing quarterly and annual financial statements, and facilitating the external audit process. Prior to Hexion, Bryan held the position of Senior Lead Analyst - Accounting Research and External Reporting at NiSource, where technical research and position papers on complex accounting issues were developed. Previous experience also includes Senior Financial Reporting Analyst at Lincoln Electric and roles at American Municipal Power, Inc. and KPMG LLP, where Bryan focused on financial reporting, audits, and compliance with accounting standards. Bryan holds a Master of Business Administration from Baldwin Wallace University, completed between 1999 and 2004.
