Frank Hardee is an experienced HR professional with extensive background in manufacturing and human resources management. Currently serving as VP of HR for Manufacturing Operations at Hexion Inc. since November 2024, Frank previously held roles at Domtar where responsibilities included directing HR functions for 13 manufacturing facilities across North America. With a career spanning over three decades, Frank has held senior HR positions at companies such as CPI Security, Fleetwood Enterprises, and ADT, where Frank was instrumental in leading HR strategies, managing labor relations, and overseeing HR functions across multiple locations. Frank holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from The University of Georgia.
