Jeff Marx, CFA has extensive work experience in finance and leadership roles. Jeff began their career at GBQ Partners as a CPA from 1996 to 1999. From 2001 to 2005, Jeff held various finance positions at Borden Chemical Inc. Jeff then became the Director of Finance from 2005 to 2009. In 2009, Jeff became the General Auditor (CAE) before transitioning to the role of CFO for the Performance Adhesives & Coatings Business Unit from 2011 to 2013. From 2013 to 2022, they served as the Sr. Director of Finance & Assistant Treasurer (Corporate Officer) at Hexion Inc. Currently, Jeff's role at Hexion is Vice President & Treasurer, which they began in May 2022.
Jeff Marx, CFA has an MBA from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business, which they obtained from 1999 to 2001. Prior to their MBA, they also attended The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business from 1990 to 1994. In addition, they have obtained the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification from the CFA Institute in 2004 and the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the State of Ohio in 1998.
