HEXR
Theo Clarke is an experienced operations and lab manager currently leading operations at HEXR since January 2020. Originally joining HEXR as a customer service representative, Theo transitioned to managing the in-house distribution of 3D printed custom-fit cycle helmets and overseeing the establishment of an advanced testing and prototyping facility. Recently, Theo has integrated 3D design and manufacturing into the role, mastering complex software such as SOLIDWORKS to model and produce innovative products. Prior experience includes roles in customer service and operations at Seabass Cycles, Brick Lane Bikes, and various positions within the leisure industry, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Geography from Queen Mary University of London.

HEXR
HEXR is changing the way head protection is made. It is developing the first custom made helmet using 3D printing, making it safer and a perfect fit. By understanding the wearers head shape, a novel energy absorbing structure is optimised to significantly improve the performance and safety compared to current foam helmets. The algorithms used todevelop the helmet structure are based on numerous patents developed at the University of Oxford. Each helmet is designed to fit the rider to reduce the size of the helmet whilst ensuring that it fits perfectly around the head.
