Erin Jung

Erin Jung is a skilled Technical Lead and Data Analyst at Rowan since October 2020, where operational efficiency has been enhanced through effective management of data pipelines and IT infrastructure across over 40 stores. Key contributions include delivering strategic insights to executives using custom reports in Looker and fostering a data-driven culture within the organization. Previously, Erin founded Candela Cosmetics, overseeing product design and technical operations while improving eCommerce performance. Additional roles include acting as a Launch Operations Analyst for pop-up locations at Target, and serving as a Customer Operations Associate, where customer service efficiency was significantly improved.
