Andrew Tupper is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in mechanical, electrical, civil engineering, and reliability management. Currently serving as the Mechanical, Electrical, Civil and Reliability Manager at HF Sinclair since March 2022, Andrew leads a team focused on technical assurance and site reliability at the Puget Sound Refinery. Previously, Andrew held the Maintenance Manager role at both HF Sinclair and HollyFrontier, managing substantial budgets and diverse workforces. With a solid foundation in maintenance management developed during a lengthy tenure at Shell, Andrew has also contributed as an Engineering Excellence Manager and in various engineering roles, including Pressure Equipment and Rotating Equipment Engineer. Andrew's early career included engineering internships at National Instruments, Ball Corporation, and the National Renewable Energy Laboratory, following the completion of a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Colorado School of Mines.
