Prior to this role, Tim held various titles at HollyFrontier from July 2020 to March 2022, including President and Chief Operating Officer. Tim's extensive background includes leadership positions such as Chief Executive Officer at Calumet Specialty Products Partners, L.P. from September 2015 to June 2020, and Vice President of Operations at Flint Hills Resources from June 2011 to September 2015. Additional experience includes roles at Koch Industries and ExxonMobil, where Tim developed expertise in operations excellence, environmental management, and strategic planning.
