Since joining HGA in 1998, Tim has built a reputation for authentic, award-winning architecture. As CEO, his innovative leadership strengthens and guides the firm’s ongoing contributions to the built environment. As a designer, Tim’s holistic approach to architecture artfully connects ideas about program, technology and environmental impact with a deep understanding of place. The strength of the relationships he builds fosters creative, transformative solutions that revitalize organizations and enrich communities.

Tim’s work has received numerous national and state awards. His projects have been published in Architectural Record, ARCHITECT, Contract and Dwell. In 2013 the Minneapolis Star Tribune identified Tim as one of the Twin Cities’ notable artists of the year and one of the most influential architects in the State of Minnesota.
