Sara Rene Sargent has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Sara Rene began their professional journey as a Lifeguard at Portland Parks & Recreation in 2012 and continued in that role until 2017. In 2017, they interned as an Art Department Intern for the IFC show Portlandia.
In 2018, Sara joined Orange Media Network as a Creative Video Consultant, where they were responsible for creating approximately 3 videos per week for the network and outside clients. Sara Rene worked on various tasks including storyboarding, filming, editing, and promoting the final product.
The same year, Sara also worked at MU Studio as a Graphic Designer. This role allowed their to work on graphic design and video projects for Oregon State University programs. Sara Rene was responsible for managing their own projects and ensuring effective client communication.
From 2020 to 2023, Sara worked at E-J Electric Installation Co. as a Graphic Designer and Marketing Coordinator. Sara Rene collaborated directly with the President & CEO to create print and digital marketing materials that aligned with the company's vision. Additionally, they managed and scheduled MailChimp emails.
Sara's most recent work experience is with H&H, where they currently hold the position of Marketing Coordinator, starting in July 2023.
Sara Rene Sargent studied at Oregon State University from 2015 to 2019, where they pursued a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Graphic Design.
