Liang Yao

Liang Yao is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in business controlling and financial management across various regions. Currently serving as the Regional Service Business Controller at Hiab since February 2022, Liang Yao oversees after-sales service centers in the US, UK, Germany, and Benelux. Prior roles include Deputy Business Controller for Netherlands and Belgium at Hiab, Plant Controller at Lear Corporation, and Senior Group Controller at Novem Car Interior Design GmbH, managing significant annual turnovers. Liang Yao's earlier experience also includes roles in project controlling at Grammer, Burgmann Packings, and internal auditing at Grammer AG. Liang Yao holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Regensburg and a Bachelor of Engineering in Automation Engineering from Inner Mongolia University of Technology.
