Rui Lopes

Rui Lopes is an experienced technology executive with a diverse background in information technology and management. Since January 2016, Rui has served as the Chief Information Officer at HIAS, where the focus is on aligning technology vision with business strategy and implementing global technology initiatives. Previous roles include Support Services Manager for the City of Bridgeport Connecticut, Deputy CIO Consultant for IFRC, Senior Director of Global IT Services at the International Rescue Committee, and Sr. Connectivity Technical Advisor at NetHope. Rui also held significant positions at Save the Children, Barnes & Noble, Waldenbooks, the City of Bridgeport, and Pepperidge Farm, contributing expertise in technology leadership and infrastructure development. Rui Lopes is an alumnus of Fairfield University.
