Carlos Becana

Carlos Becana is the Public Sector Director at Hiberus. Carlos has over 20 years of experience in the public and private sector in Spain.

Becana started their career in the public sector as a Concejal Nuevas Tecnologías (Councilor for New Technologies) for the Ayuntamiento de Fraga from 1999 to 2007. Carlos then transitioned to the Diputación de Huesca as their Director Departamento Nuevas Tecnologías from 2003 to 2009. In 2009, they left the public sector to join OESIA as their Regional Key Account Manager Public Administration. Carlos was responsible for developing OESIA's business nationwide with a focus on Comunidades Autónomas and large municipalities. In 2019, OESIA and iA Soft merged, with the Aragón delegation becoming the center of competence for OESIA's Intelligent Administration group. Becana was promoted to Public Sector Director at Hiberus in 2021.
