Amit Weiss is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in backend development and team leadership. Currently serving as a Software Engineering Team Lead and Backend Developer at HiBob since October 2021, Amit previously held the position of Backend Developer at Zerto, where work involved large-scale Datapath C++ development in cloud and virtualization environments. Amit also contributed as a Java Automation Engineer at Ex Libris, focusing on designing and implementing end-to-end testing suites using Java and Selenium. Early career roles include Administrative Coordinator for the Access for All program and Operations Officer in the IDF's Golani Recon Battalion, where Amit managed battalion operations and commanded a platoon. Amit holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Psychology, and Computer Science from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a High School diploma in Physics and Computer Science from Manor Cabri.
