Stacey Stuhrenberg, MS, PHR, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in total rewards and global operations. Currently serving as Senior Director of Total Rewards at HID Global since August 2022, Stacey focuses on aligning competitive policies with market standards and enhancing communication of reward programs. Prior roles include Senior Director of Human Resources at Pharm-Olam, LLC, where responsibilities included improving HR processes and ensuring compliance with local legislation, and Regional HR Business Partner at Jack in the Box, providing guidance on various HR matters for corporate restaurant operations. Earlier experience as Manager of Human Resources at World Fuel Services involved supporting multiple divisions and employees across various states. Stacey holds a Master of Science in Educational Human Resource Development and a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Development, both from Texas A&M University.
