Kelly Ranous

Kelly Ranous has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various roles and responsibilities. Most recently, they worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Hidden Level Inc. starting in July 2023. Prior to that, Kelly served as a Human Resources Associate at HHUNY - Health Homes of Upstate New York from November 2022 to June 2023. Kelly also worked as a Human Resources Manager at Gaylord Archival from October 2018 to February 2019. Before that, Kelly was an HR Business Partner at MACNY - The Manufacturers Association from August 2015 to November 2017. During their time at MACNY, they advised member companies on various aspects of HR and conducted Workplace Harassment Prevention training. Kelly's earlier experience includes working as a Senior HR Generalist at Honeywell from December 2005 to January 2012, where they were responsible for supporting sales, marketing, integrated supply chain, and legal functions. Kelly also gained experience in integrating newly acquired companies into the business unit.

Kelly Ranous attended Le Moyne College from 2002 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management.
