Michelle Woon

Michelle Woon is a seasoned operations professional with extensive experience in the financial services industry. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Hidden Road since July 2022, Michelle previously held the role of Portfolio Compression & Optimization at OSTTRA from December 2017 to July 2022, where responsibilities included managing client interactions for multilateral trade compression services to enhance operational efficiency. Prior to this, Michelle worked at UOB in Business Risk & Project Management from December 2013 to September 2017, overseeing new product approvals and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. In earlier roles, Michelle served as a Credit Administration Officer, focusing on credit limit monitoring and conducting compliance checks for various business units.
