The Operations Team at HighCo is responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of day-to-day activities and maintaining the overall infrastructure of the company. This includes risk and insurance management, facility maintenance, office administration, IT infrastructure management (both Microsoft Azure and on-premise), as well as treasury and receivables management. The team ensures that all operational aspects run efficiently, supporting the company's marketing services across its various international locations.
