Joseph Dreer, EIT, is an Associate Design Engineer at High Concrete Group, a position held since June 2021. Prior experience includes serving as a Teaching Assistant/Grader at Penn State Harrisburg in 2021 and as a Highway Safety & Risk Management Intern at the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation in 2019. Joseph Dreer earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Penn State Harrisburg in 2021, following completion of studies at Lampeter-Strasburg Senior High School from 2013 to 2017.
