Kathleen David had a work experience at High Country Executive Search where they were a Research Assistant from January 2009 to July 2010, and later became the Director of Operations starting from July 2010. Prior to that, Kathleen worked at Saks Incorporated as an Assistant Buyer for Women's Clothing in 1996, and later became a Buyer from 1997 to 2002.
Kathleen David completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations at The University of Alabama from 1991 to 1995.
