Morgan Kennedy is a Business Development Manager and Senior Recruiter at High Country Search Group since June 2019, where responsibilities include developing new client relationships and maintaining existing ones across five divisions. Previously, Morgan served as the Director of Elite Operations at Colorado Rapids Youth Soccer Club, overseeing multiple teams and enhancing operational effectiveness. Morgan's earlier roles included coaching and educational positions at Purmotion and The University of Alabama in women's soccer, demonstrating a strong background in sports management and coaching. Morgan holds a Master's degree in International Relations and Affairs from Florida State University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Oregon State University.
