Dr. Tarig Faisal

Dr. Tarig Faisal is an experienced academic leader currently serving as the Dean of Academic Operations, Campus Director, and Engineering Chair at the Higher Colleges of Technology since September 2016. Previously, Dr. Faisal held the position of Head and Senior Lecturer in the Mechatronic and Mechanical department at UCSI University from January 2007 to December 2012, along with various roles as a Mechatronics lecturer at the International University College of Technology and IIUM. Dr. Faisal began the professional career as an Application Engineer at Nur El Ayoun from 2001 to 2002. Dr. Faisal holds a PhD in Engineering with a focus on biomedical Signal Processing from the University of Malaya, a Master of Science in Mechatronics Engineering from the International Islamic University Malaysia, and a degree in Electronics Engineering with specialization in Medical Electronics from the University of Gezira.
