Emmanuelle Kipling

Emmanuelle Kipling serves as the Vice President of Revenue & Distribution for Europe at Highgate, a position held since April 2024. Prior to this role, Emmanuelle gained extensive experience at Marriott International, where tenure included various leadership positions such as Director of Revenue Management for Central London hotels, Director of Market Strategy for South & West UK, and Market Director of Revenue Strategy in Vienna. Earlier in the career, Emmanuelle worked at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company as Director of Revenue Management and held multiple revenue management roles at Marriott International. Emmanuelle began the career as a Sales and Marketing Coordinator at Radisson Blu. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality, Finance, and Revenue Management (Honours) from Glion Institute of Higher Education, completed in 2011.
