Geri joined Highgate in 2008 and provides direction to corporate and field-based human resources professionals throughout North America and internationally in all labor-related activities, life-cycle processes, talent acquisition, workforce planning, and compensation strategies.
Prior to joining Highgate Hotels, Geri held a range of senior human resources leadership positions with several hospitality-based businesses, including Wyndham Worldwide and Hilton Hotels. In addition, she spent over seven years with distinguished retail service organizations including May Company and the Federated Organization.
Geri holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management/Administration from Gordon University.
