Shelley Hauptschein

Shelley Hauptschein is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in multi-property and multi-state HR leadership roles across various hospitality settings. Currently serving as Regional Human Resources Director at Highgate since November 2019, Hauptschein previously held significant positions including Director of Human Resources at The Omni Grove Park Inn, where successful transitions to new ownership were achieved twice in two years, and Executive Director of Human Resources at BRAVO BRIO Restaurant Group.
