Zach Brodie

Zach Brodie is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the Director of IT, Services & Delivery - Select Service at Highgate since May 2023. Previously held the position of Senior Manager of Hotel Technology Systems at Hersha Hospitality Management from October 2022 to May 2023 and directed IT operations at Hammock Beach Golf Resort & Spa for a brief period in 2022. Zach’s extensive background in hotel technology management includes roles such as Area Information Technology Manager and Systems Analyst at Hersha Hospitality Management, where responsibilities involved leading IT implementations, technology assessments, project management, and network infrastructure planning. Prior experience at Keystone Cash Register Company included managing field support teams and hands-on work with retail technology systems. Zach holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Technical Leadership from Commonwealth University-Bloomsburg and Associate’s Degrees in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications and Computer and Electronic Engineering from HACC and ITT Technical Institute-Harrisburg, respectively.
