Saurab works closely with management teams on buyout, recapitalization, and growth financing transactions across a variety of industries. He also spends a substantial amount of time assessing potential investment opportunities, performing company valuations, and supporting the day-to-day activities in the transaction process, including managing due diligence, transaction execution, and portfolio company monitoring.
Saurab joined Highlander Partners in 2021. Prior to joining Highlander, Saurab served as a Vice President with Lazard from 2018 to 2021, where he focused on M&A. He also previously worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Corporate Finance practice from 2016 to 2018 and with Wells Fargo in Corporate Banking from 2011 to 2016.
