Highlands Community Charter School believes it is "Never Too Late to Graduate!"​ We provide adult high school completion along with career training to students who are 22 years of age or older, and who haven't yet earned their U.S. High School Diploma. Highlands Community Charter School also provides elementary English Language Development for adults who are learning English as a Second Language (ESL), and helps these students to learn other basic skills, to prepare them towards earning a U.S. diploma and entering the U.S. workforce. All at NO COST!
