Kirthan K R has a diverse work experience, starting in 2008 as an Operations Assistant at Bangalore International Airport Ltd. Kirthan then worked as an Assistant Manager-HR at Elpro Energy Dimensions Pvt Ltd from 2011 to 2012. In 2018, they served as an HR Consultant at Manya Innovation Private Limited. Kirthan joined Antal International in 2019 and worked as a Consultant and Associate Consultant. In 2020, they became a Senior Executive Human Resources at Pierian Services, where they were responsible for candidate and employee onboarding. In 2021, Kirthan joined Lummo (formerly BukuKas) as a Manager - People Operations, overseeing People Operational activities in India and Singapore. Currently, they are working at HighLevel as a Manager - People Operations.

Kirthan K R completed their education at Karnataka State Open University. In 2008, they started their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and completed it in 2011. Following that, they pursued a Post Graduation Diploma in HR from the same university, which they successfully completed in 2012. Finally, Kirthan K R enrolled in an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) program specializing in HR at Karnataka State Open University from 2012 to 2014.
