Tim Broder

Tim Broder is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in leading digital innovation and operations across various organizations. Currently serving as VP of Engineering & Data at Highlights for Children, Tim is transforming digital teams to align with modern demands, focusing on web engineering and enterprise data. Previously, Tim held the role of VP of Tinkergarten Technology, where integration of technology into Highlights was successfully executed, along with the launch of an innovative learning platform. As Chief Technology Officer at both Tinkergarten and WAVE™, Tim demonstrated a strong capability in product development and operational transformation, achieving significant revenue retention and margin improvements. Tim’s career began as Director of Technology at Alexander Interactive, contributing to strategic planning and technology execution. An alumnus of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with a BS in Computer Science, Tim has consistently driven growth and innovation in their roles.
