Jamila Gordon Ncc

Jamila Gordon NCC, M.Ed currently serves as the School Principal at Highline Public Schools since July 2023. With a diverse background in educational leadership, Jamila previously held the position of Assistant Principal in both Shoreline School District and Aurora Public Schools, where responsibilities included implementing Multi-Tiered Systems of Supports and coaching on equity and positive behavioral interventions. Prior experience includes roles such as Bully Prevention Coach in Cherry Creek School District, Community School Manager at West Oakland Middle School, Academic Counselor at various institutions including Berkeley High School and Johns Hopkins University Center for Talented Youth, and School Counselor at multiple middle schools. Jamila's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership from Regis University, a Master of Science in School Counseling from Oregon State University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Gonzaga University.
