Colin Toolan

Colin Toolan is an experienced finance and corporate strategy professional currently serving as Director of Highmark Ventures at Highmark Health since June 2022. Previously, Colin held the position of Corporate Development & Strategy at Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center from February 2017 to June 2022. Prior roles include Assistant Vice President in Corporate Finance at M&T Bank, Associate in Corporate Banking at Wells Fargo, and Corporate Credit Analyst with HSBC, where Colin also participated in the Graduate Development Program. Colin earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Accounting and Finance from St. Bonaventure University, following a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Journalism and Mass Communications from the same institution.
