Currently serving as the Assistant Community Manager at Highmark Residential since March 2020, Alayna's previous roles include Leasing Consultant/Assistant Manager at Professional Perspectives and Assistant Property Manager at Southern Management & Development. Alayna has demonstrated skills in conducting apartment tours, managing resident inquiries, and coordinating move-ins and move-outs. With additional experience in retail management and teaching, Alayna has consistently excelled in customer relations and team leadership. The rebranding will take place in stages throughout the course of 2019, with a full transition expected across all systems in early 2020. The rebranding to Highmark Residential will be accompanied by a redesigned website, logo, graphics, communications and correspondence. Highmark Residential will continue to be owned by an affiliate of Starwood Capital Group, a leading global private investment firm, which acquired the multi-family management platform in 2017.
