Isabel Kidd is an experienced operations specialist currently employed at Highmark Residential since January 2023. Previous roles include recruiting coordinator and production specialist at EY, as well as various positions at Pepperdine University, where responsibilities encompassed managing networking events, academic monitoring for Kappa Alpha Theta, and risk management. Isabel served as a student portfolio manager at WavePool, gaining hands-on experience in equity analysis and portfolio management. Additional internships in wealth management, asset management, and commercial real estate further developed Isabel's analytical skills and financial expertise. Isabel holds a Bachelor's Degree in Integrated Marketing and Communications from Pepperdine University, completed in 2020.

Highmark Residential will continue to be owned by an affiliate of Starwood Capital Group, a leading global private investment firm, which acquired the multi-family management platform in 2017.
