Sydney Doyle

Sydney Doyle, PhD, currently serves as the Technical Docs and Enablement Manager at Hightouch, a role commenced in May 2025. Prior to this, Sydney held various positions at Tulip Interfaces, including Customer Education Manager, where leadership was provided in curriculum and education strategy for a SaaS startup, and Sr. Product Education Specialist, focusing on scaling customer education programs through data-driven content design. Previous experience includes educational roles at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, where Sydney designed and delivered undergraduate courses and contributed to curriculum development, as well as editorial positions, including Poetry Editor-in-Chief for Rougarou: Journal of Arts and Literature. Sydney's academic background includes a PhD in English/Creative Writing from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and an MFA in Poetry from The Johns Hopkins University, along with prior degrees in English/Creative Writing from Penn State University.
