Alexis de la Rosa

Vice President, Programs at HighView

Alexis De La Rosa currently serves as the Vice President of Programs at HighView, an organization dedicated to supporting motivated students from under-resourced communities in achieving economic mobility. Prior experience includes serving as Program Director at the University of Pennsylvania, where significant fundraising success was achieved during the Power of Penn Campaign, raising $449 million for undergraduate financial aid initiatives. Alexis also held the role of Assistant Director of Development for Undergraduate Financial Aid and was a member of the inaugural Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Action Committee in Development & Alumni Relations. Additional experience includes working as a Development Associate at Philadelphia VIP and as a Program Coordinator at the University of Pennsylvania's Educational Opportunity Center. Education includes a Master’s Degree in Higher Education Administration from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Bryn Mawr College.
