Megan Guest is an experienced education professional and operations leader currently serving as the Director of Operations at HighView since October 2024. Previously, Megan excelled at Guild as the Senior Manager of DEIB Accessibility from January 2021 to January 2025, where responsibilities included advancing inclusivity and accessibility initiatives by collaborating with various internal teams and stakeholders. Earlier roles included Project Manager at Guild, where Megan successfully launched multiple Employee Resource Groups and managed key data metrics for DEIB programs, as well as Growth Coach and STEM Teacher Leader at Littleton Public Schools, and Career and Technical Education Teacher at Northshore School District. Megan's career began at Lake Washington School District as a 3rd Grade Teacher, where significant projects included the creation of the Hour of Code event. Megan holds a Master's degree in Educational Leadership from Regis University, a Strategic Innovation Certificate from the University of Oxford, and a Bachelor of Education from the University of Northern Colorado.
