Nisreen Sandouqa

Nisreen Sandouqa, MSc, has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as the Corporate Learning and Development Manager at Hikma Pharmaceuticals since May 2005. Key responsibilities include identifying learning needs, managing and implementing learning and development plans aligned with company strategy, and designing impactful training solutions. Previously, Nisreen held roles as Key Accounts and Special Projects Manager, where responsibilities included managing key accounts in regulated markets, overseeing special projects for operational improvements, and evaluating new business models that resulted in significant cost savings. Earlier positions ranged from supply planning senior supervisor to purchasing supervisor, with foundational experience as a teaching assistant at the University of Jordan and as a production supervisor at Universal Labs Ltd. Nisreen holds a Master's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from the University of Jordan and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Jordan University of Science and Technology.
