Assaf Alpert

Assaf Alpert began their work experience in 2000 as a Knowledge Technology Specialist at AKT Human Capital Solutions. From 2002 to 2005, they worked as a Project Manager at Matan Consulting before transitioning to Amdocs, where they served as a Senior Project Manager until 2006. Alpert then returned to Matan Consulting as a Director from 2006 to 2008. In 2008, they joined Hilan חילן as the Head of the Time & Attendance Department, and later became the Director of the Beyond Payroll Unit. Assaf then advanced to the role of Head of Sales and Marketing Division from 2013 to 2017, and subsequently became the VP of Sales and Marketing until 2022. Currently, Alpert is the Executive VP of Business at Hilan, responsible for overseeing the company's Sales, Marketing, Service, Business Development, and Innovation efforts. Assaf also serves as a director in Hilan Pension ltd and Payday Payroll.

Assaf Alpert completed their Master of Science (MSc) degree in Industrial Engineering from Tel Aviv University in the years 1999 to 2003. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Marketing & Information Systems from the same institution from 2004 to 2007.
