Scott Hill has a diverse work experience in transportation and logistics. Scott started their career at Trinity Logistics in 2011 as a Business Development Account Manager. In 2012, they joined Hill Brothers Transportation, Inc. as a Sales and Business Development professional. Over the years, they held various managerial positions such as Long Haul/Dedicated Division Manager, Container Division Lead, and Lease Purchase Program Manager. Scott also managed the operations and P&L of the Long Haul Division. In 2020, they became the Recruiting and Fleet Services Manager, and in 2021, they transitioned to the role of Long Haul Division Manager. In 2022, they were appointed as the Director of Sales and Business Development.
Scott Hill attended The University of Kansas from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. In addition, they obtained a Forklift Operator Certification from the National Safety Council in May 2015.
