Rasha Elnaggar

Rasha Elnaggar has over 15 years of experience in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as Regional Director of Human Resources & Talent Acquisition for the Africa Region at Hill International, Inc., a position held since June 2008. Prior roles at Hill International include Regional Human Resources Manager and Senior Human Resources Supervisor, along with an earlier position as Technical Assistant. Before joining Hill International, Rasha worked at Samsung C&T, Engineering & Construction Americas, as Executive Assistant to the Executive Vice President from September 2004 to September 2008. Rasha holds a Professional Certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources from SHRM, completed in 2016-2017.
