Michelle Allen

Michelle Allen currently serves as the Director of Case Management at Hillcrest Healthcare System, a position held since December 2019, and has received two Power of One Leadership awards in 2022. Previously, Michelle held various leadership roles in case management at Springhill Medical Center and Infirmary Health Systems, as well as positions in nursing at Saad's Healthcare, Alabama Psychiatric Services, Thomas Hospital, and Renaissance Behavioral Health. Michelle's educational background includes a Master's degree in Nursing Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing from Western Governors University, along with an Associate degree from Clatsop Community College.
