Stephanie Buchanan Kleier

Stephanie Buchanan Kleier is an experienced nursing professional with over 20 years of experience in the healthcare field. Currently serving as a Transitional Care Nurse at Hillcrest Healthcare System since June 2013, Stephanie manages high-risk patients post-acute hospitalization as part of a readmission reduction program, working collaboratively with the patient's healthcare providers. Prior experience includes serving as an RN Transfer Coordinator at OSU Medical Center from May 2001 to April 2013, as well as holding various Registered Nurse positions between 1997 and 2011. Stephanie holds an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from Tulsa Community College.
