Currently serving as Vice President of Commercial Banking at Hills Bank and Trust Company since June 2019, Jen previously held the position of Commercial Services Loan Officer 1st VP at University of Iowa Community Credit Union from December 2017 to May 2019. Prior experience at U.S. Bank includes roles such as Commercial Banking Relationship Manager, Commercial Credit Underwriter, and earlier positions in customer service and banking operations. Jen's foundational experience began at iWireless as a Wireless Sales Consultant. Jen holds a Bachelor's degree in Business from the University of Iowa.

Hills Bancorporation is a holding company. The Company, through its subsidiary bank, Hills Bank and Trust Company (the Bank), is engaged in the business of banking. The Bank is a full-service commercial bank offering its services to individuals, businesses, governmental units and institutional customers in the communities of Hills, Iowa City, Coralville, North Liberty, Lisbon, Mount Vernon, Kalona, Wellman, Cedar Rapids, Marion and Washington, Iowa.
