Ken Hinrichs is a seasoned banking professional with extensive experience at Hills Bank and Trust Company since February 1999, serving in various senior leadership roles including Senior Vice President - Director of Digital Strategy and Systems and Senior Vice President - Director of Operations and Digital Banking. Responsibilities include managing payment and information delivery systems for both retail and commercial entities. Additionally, Ken has contributed to SHAZAM Network - ITS, Inc. as a Board Member on the Steering Committee since August 2020. Prior to Hills Bank, Ken held the position of Branch Manager and Loan Officer at Farmers Savings Bank/Exchange State Bank. Ken's education includes completion of the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin - Madison, along with studies at Anamosa and Coe College.

The Bank is engaged in various areas of commercial banking, including acceptance of demand, savings and time deposits; making commercial, real estate, agricultural and consumer loans; maintaining night and safe deposit facilities, and performing collection, exchange and other banking services for individual customers.
