Mitch Frank is an experienced tax professional currently serving as SVP - Director of Tax at Hilltop Holdings since June 2023. Previously, Mitch held the position of Senior Tax Manager at Sproles Woodard LLP from January 2020 to June 2023. Mitch’s extensive background includes roles such as General Director of Taxes at BNSF Railway, Director of Federal & State Income Taxes at American Airlines, and Director of Taxes, Tax Services at JCPenney, where responsibilities included overseeing all tax matters and reporting directly to the CFO. Mitch's career in tax began at Price Waterhouse as a Tax Senior, eventually leading to a long tenure at JCPenney Company, Inc. as Tax Accounting & Operations Director. Education is backed by an Executive MBA in Finance and a BBA in Accounting from SMU Cox School of Business.
