Will Snead has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Will started their career as a Wealth Manager at Merrill Lynch in 2004 and later worked as a Wealth Manager at Morgan Stanley from 2006 to 2008. Will then worked as a Broker at Burnett Commodities from 2008 to 2012. From 2012 to 2019, they owned and managed Tru Trading Co., specializing in commodities trading and risk management. In 2017, they started their own real estate business, Tru Land Realty, where they acted as the Owner-Broker. In 2019, they joined Hilltop Securities Inc. as the Managing Director and Regional Co-Head of Commodities Sales/Trading. Currently, they serve on the Board of Directors at Herring Bank starting from 2022.
Will Snead attended Texas A&M University from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance.
