Del Williams is General Counsel of Hillwood with responsibility for the company’s legal matters. Williams previously served as Chief Administrative Officer, General Counsel and Secretary of Perot Systems Corporation. Following Dell’s acquisition of Perot Systems, Williams was a Vice President of Dell.
Previously, he served as General Counsel and Managing Director of First Southwest Company, a privately held investment banking firm. Before joining First Southwest, Williams was an attorney with Hughes & Luce, L.L.P. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Williams earned a BBA in Accounting and a J.D. from the University of Texas. He served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the McCombs School of Business Foundation and is a Trustee of the UT Law School Foundation. He is former Chair of the Texas Business Hall of Fame Foundation and former President of The Dallas Assembly. Williams is a member of the Cotton Bowl Athletics Association Board of Directors.
