Zlatan Alikadic serves as the Sales Director at Hilti Sweden since April 2022, leading a team focused on sales strategies and customer relationships to enhance productivity, safety, and sustainability in construction. Previous roles include Head of Channels with P&L responsibility for a team of over 90 members and significant annual sales. At Hilti North America, Zlatan was recognized as a Regional Manager leading a high-performing sales team. Additional experience includes Global Digital Marketing Manager, Global Management Trainee, and various project specialist roles across Hilti and Tetra Pak, with a strong emphasis on digital transformation, account management, and pricing strategy. Zlatan holds an MSc in Mechanical Engineering with Supply Chain Management from Lund University and further education from IMD and UC Santa Barbara.
